Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak.
Check the IC9052 periphery circuit.
Are the "H" pulse inputted into the pin(9) of IC8201?
Does the P-CON switch circuit is operate ally?
(Q9056-7, Q9053, etc.)
Check each component and if poor the replace.
Replace IC8201.
Check or replace D9091-5.

Check the PC 12V line.
Is voltage of 8V sent out from the pin(2) of IC9052?
Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak.
