6. Double Feed Detector (R) does
    not work, properly.

1. Execute Double Feed test in Sec.9.3.6 to
    check the detector condition.
2. Check whether the Double Feed
     Detector (R) is aligned property.
3. Check the following connection and 
    soldering condition on each connector.

 a. CN2010 (USR SENSOR Board) to

          CN2005 (USS RELAY Board)
 b. CN2001 (USS RELAY Board)
         to CN1007 (CONTROL Board)
4. Check the following parts' soldering
    condition to repair it.

a. CONTROL Board

        IC0006 - 98th pin

b. USS RELAY board
    All parts.

5. Check the following signals on the USS
    RELAY Board.

a. DC 12 V signal (CN2001-7th pin)
b. DC 5 V signal (CN2001-6th pin)

6. Replace faulty parts or boards.

2. Set the documents on the Hopper orderly,

1. Execute Key/Sensor test in Sec. 9.3.6 to
    check Bent Paper Sensors' condition while
    covering the sensors with white paper.
2. Check whether the BENT PAPER SENSOR
    S (L) Board, BENT PAPER SENSOR R (L)
    Board, BENT PAPER SENSOR S (R) Board
    and BENT PAPER SENSOR R (R) Board
    are aligned properly.
3. Check the following connection and 
    soldering condition on each connector,

a. CN2007 (USS RELAY Board) to CN3005
    (BENT RELAY Board)
b. CN3006 (BENT RELAY Board) to CN3010
    (BENT PAPER SENSOR R (L) Board)
c. CN3011 (BENT PAPER SENSOR R (L)
    Board) to CN3014 (BENT PAPER 
    SENSOR S (L) Board)
d. CN3007(BENT RELAY Board) to CN3012
    (BENT PAPER SENSOR R(R) Board)
e. CN3013(BENT PAPER SENSOR R(R) 
    Board) to CN3015(BENT PAPER 
    SENSOR S (R) Board)

4. Check the following parts’ soldering
    condition to repair it.
    a. CONTROL Board

    IC0015 (21, 23, 24, and 27th pins)
b. USS RELAY Board
    IC2008 (3, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 

        27th pins)

    IC2001 to IC2003, IC2005, IC2006, Q2009 

        to Q2014, and their surrounding circuit.
5. Check the following signals

a. DC14 V signal (CN2006-3rd pin and
    CN2007-1st pin)
b. BPS_D_L (CN3014-3rd pin) and

    BPS_D_R (CN3015-3rd pin)

6. Replace faulty parts or boards.
