10. Slip Detect Sensor (1) or Slip
Detect Sensor (2) does not work
correctly.
1. Execute "Slip Detect Sensor" in the Sec.
9.3.6 to check the sensor roller's rotation
counter.
2. Check the following connections and
soldering condition on each connector.
  a. CN2017 (SLIP DETECTOR SENSOR (1)
     Board) to CN2015 (ENCODER RELAY
      Board)
  b. CN2018 (SLIP DETECTOR SENSOR (2)
     Board) to CN2016 (ENCODER RELAY
      Board).
  c. CN2014 (SLIP DETECTOR SENSOR
     RELAY Board) to CN2013 (RELAY(UPPER)
      BOARD)
 d. CN2008 (RELAY(UPPER) Board) to
      CN1015 (CONTROL Board)
3. Check the following parts' soldering
     condition to repair it.
    
 IC2001, Q3030, Q3031, Q3032, Q3033,
          and their surrounding circuits.
4. Check the following signals. 
    
 CN2013 1st pin: 5V
5. Replace faulty parts or cables.
11. One of the pressure levels
 applied to documents from the
 Hopper is not correct. 
1. Execute "Roller Pressure Sensor Level" in
   Sec. 9.3.6 to check the pressure to the Paper
    Feed Roller.
2. Re-assemble the spring.
    (Location: See 8.3.26.)
3. Confirm the wire cable from the Roller
     Pressure Sensor goes slack.
           (See Reassembling Note in 8.3.24.)
4. Check that the wire cable from SLIP
 DETECTOR SENSOR (2) Board and any
 other cables do not crossed each other.                       
      (See Reassembling Note in 8.3.26.)
5. Check whether the beam is almost removed.
      (Beam position: See 6.3.)
    
 Mount the beam to the Roller Holder Unit
          correctly
6. Check the following connections and
   soldering condition on each connector.
     a. CN1016 (CONTROL Board) to Relay
         connector (Roller Holder Unit)
     b. Relay connector to Roller Pressure
          Sensor
7. Check the following parts' soldering
   condition to repair it.
   
 CN1016, IC1022, IC1023, IC1024, and
       their surrounding circuits
8. Check the following signals.
   
 CN1016-1st pin: 500 Hz (See Fig.1.) 
   
 CN1016-2nd pin: 5 V
    
 CN1016-3rd pin: 5V or less pulse
                                           (See Fig.2.)
9. Replace faulty parts or boards.
U12 (Conveyor Jam1:
Paper did not reach the
Starting Sensor.)
