REMPLACEMENT OF MAIN PARTS
4.  Remove the pressure switch conduit, lift up the cord reel
assembly and disconnect the wires (provided with quick-
terminal) from the contact springs. (Fig. 4)
5. Take out the motor assembly, remove front motor support
and release the motor cover fastenings to separate upper
and lower cover. (Fig. 5 )
6.  Remove the motor from the lower cover. Take out  the noise
suppressor and rear motor support, and disconnect the two
lead wires (provided with quick-terminal) from the carbon
brush holder terminals. (Fig. 6 )
7. Loosen two screws from the motor supplement and take
it out.

8.  Replace the motor with a new one and reassemble the
motor supplement refastening it with the two screws. Then
connect  the two lead wires according to the shematic
diagram. (Fig. 7)
9.  Set the noise suppressor and rear motor support in the new
motor, and  place it into the lower motor cover. 
NOTE: Adjust the position of the rear motor support on the
proper motor position.
10. Reassemble together lower and upper motor cover and
front motor support.
NOTE: Before refastening the lower and upper motor
covers,  put the lead wires through  the  motor cover slot.
11. Place the motor / cord reel assembly into the lower body.
Then connect the lead wires according to the schematic diagram
and reassemble the remaining parts in the reverse order.
