ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
1. Test Equipments Required

Digital Voltmeter

Ceramic Screwdriver

Iris Camera (BM-ET500)
2. Connection

Connect the coaxial cable of the BM-ET500 to the Iris
Camera Connector CAMERA1 of the BM-ED500.

Connect the power cable of the BM-ET500 to the Camera
Power Connector (E4 on the Power Board) of the BM-
ED500.
3. Adjustment Procedure
(1). Power Supply Voltage Adjustment
Test Points:
Pin 1 of E4 (+32V)
Power Board
Pin 1 of E5 (+32V)
Power Board
Pin 1 of CN2 (+24V)
Power Board
Pin 2 of CN3 (+5V)
Power Board
Pin 1 of CN4 (+3.3V)
Power Board
Adjust:
VR33 (+32V ADJ.)
Power Board
VR24 (+24V ADJ.)
Power Board
VR5 (+5V ADJ.)
Power Board
VR3 (+3.3V ADJ.)

Turn on the power of the BM-ED500.

Connect the Digital Voltmeter to the Pin 1 of E4 on the
Power Board.

Adjust VR33 so that the voltage becomes 32 V ± 0.3 V.

Turn off the power of the BM-ED500.

Change the connection of the power cable of the BM-
ET500 from E4 to E5 on the Power Board.
8
Turn on the power of the BM-ED500.
8
Connect the Digital Voltmeter to the Pin 1 of E5 on the
Power Board.

Adjust VR33 so that the voltage becomes 32 V ± 0.3 V.
8
Connect the Digital Voltmeter to the Pin 1 of CN2 on the
Power Board.

Adjust VR24 so that the voltage becomes 24 V ± 0.3 V.
8
Connect the Digital Voltmeter to the Pin 2 of CN3 on the
Power Board.
