comparison of winding temperatures 
determined by the resistance method of 
this annexwith the temperature limits of 
Table 4B, 35 °C shall be added to the 
calculated temperaturerise. And add note: 
for equipment not to be operated at tropical 
climatic conditions, 25 °C shall be added to 
the calculated temperature rise to compare 
with the temperature of Table 4B.

to be: For equipment to be operated at 
2000 m - 5000m above sea level, the 
minimum CLEARANCE shall be multiplied 
by the factor 1.48 corresponding altitude of 
5000m given in Table A.2 of GB/T16935.1. 
For equipment to be operated at more than 
5000 m above sea level, the minimum 
CLEARANCE shall be multiplied by the 
factor given in Table A.2 of IEC 60664-1. 
Linear interpolation is permitted between 
the nearest two points in Table A.2. The 
calculated minimum CLEARANCE using 
this multiplication factor shall be rounded 
up to the next higher 0,1 mm increment.
