Make sure Earth Assy, Coating wire is kept close to
CRT surface & away from heat sink and other high 
temperature parts.
 --> Position between CRT surface and DGC.

Make sure Conn Assy, 

7P (RGB) is not 

in direct contact with heat sink.

Pin, Wire A702

1)  Dress Conn Assy, 7P (RGB) with Pin, Wire A702 
   & dress with cable tie at alignment hole A.
2)  Dress Conn Assy, 4P (VM) with Pin, Wire A706 

CAUTION
Keep wires away from sharp edge of spring extension 
--> to prevent scratching on wires

Spring extension

Ensure wires do not touch heat sink or 

other high temperature parts. 

Lead Assy, Speaker is sandwiched 
between DGC & CRT surface.

Keep Lead Assy, Speaker & DGC 

Conn close to CRT surface.

Keep wires away from sharp edge 

of spring extension --> to prevent 

scratching on wires.

Auto DGC P/N :

1-457-409-XX

Black Tape

Ensure DGC conn is in front of DGC 

before dress with standing purse lock.

Make sure wire does not touch heat sink or 

other high temperature parts. 

Ensure DGC Conn is 

kept behind of DGC

Standing purse lock

Ensure DGC Conn is 

kept behind of black 

tape.

 Wire is placed behind DGC

Front Control wire possible to get trap at edge 
where beznet and bottom cover meet.
1) To prevent this, temporary place wire 
  behind DGC.
2) Take out wire for final dressing shown in 
  Figure D.

Lead Assy, Speaker is sandwiched 

between DGC & CRT surface.

Make sure Front Control 
wire lie flat on bottom cover

nearby heat sink.
