Dress Cap Assy, High Voltage with Holder, HV cable combi
as shown.
Caution:
1) Make sure the specified position is being followed.
2) Position the Cap Assy, High Voltage in the inner ring of the
 
Holder, HV cable combi (see diagram)

TVSR requirement:
1.  Spacing between HV cable and other conductive
 
partís surface is 1mm/kV or more.
2.  Spacing between HV cable's and enclosure with
 
ventilation or the edge where terminal bracket
 
and rear cover meet: 10 mm or more.
CAUTION:
Production side please ensure that the portion of HV cable above the Holder,
HV Cable Combi is kept away from CRT's carbon area.
Also, portion of HV cable below the Holder, HV Cable Combi needs to be kept
away from conductive parts (DGC, rotation coil, CRT's carbon area, speaker
wire, etc).
Ensure forming of HV cable is OK and no unnatural curve occurs.
Do not twist or loop the cable.

Attach Purse Lock (S)

Keep AC cord away
from heatsinks
Attach AC cord onto holder and
insert to bottom cover
Make sure AC cord is behind
beznet and above mounted
boards when docking chassis
--> avoid it from being trapped
between chassis and beznet
