注意3： 新しい部品に交換する場合は，
ポリイミドシートを指定のサイズに
切り取って使用してください。
交換前の部品と厚みや材質が異なる場合がありますが，支障は
ありません。
注意4： シールドシートは再利用できません。
取外した場合は，必ず新しい部品に交換してください。
Note 3: Please cut out and use POLYIMIDE SHEET for a specified
size when you exchange it for new parts. As for this part, the
material or thickness might be different compared with before.
However, there is no obstacle at all.
Note 4: The shield sheet cannot be reused.
Replace it for new parts when you remove.
