SYMPTOM A horizontal line appears at every sixth horizontal pixel.
CAUSE
Tollerance changes.
ACTION
Carry out the following circuit improvement.
1.  Change C4220, C4143 and C4066 to a 270pF.
2.  Insert diode, D4009 as indicated in the diagram.
3.  If the vertical lines are visible on red, change IC1005, IC1006 and IC1029.
4.  If the vertical lines are visible on green, change IC1003, IC1004 and IC1028
5.  If the vertical lines are visible on blue, change IC1007, IC1008 and IC1030.
Use the part numbers given below.
Note part number for IC's is a kit containing three IC's.
