GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R NOT OPENING
CAUSING ANGLED PAPER EJECTION

2. Symptom:
When paper is ejected from the ejection slot of the saddle finisher (MX-FN10), the PLATE-GP-
SP catches on the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R attached to ejection slot of the saddle finisher
causing the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R to open and paper is ejected. In some rare cases the
PLATE-GP-SP will not catch on the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R causing either GUIDE SR-SG-GP-
F or GUIDE SR-SG-GP-R to not open, resulting in paper being ejected at an angle.
SP catches on the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R attached to ejection slot of the saddle finisher
causing the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R to open and paper is ejected. In some rare cases the
PLATE-GP-SP will not catch on the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R causing either GUIDE SR-SG-GP-

3. Description:
To make the PLATE-GP-SP catch on the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R more efficiently, the profile of
the GUIDE SR-SG-GP-F/R and PLATE-GP-SP have been changed.
