1. Model Name

MX-FN10
2. Description

When using A3 in saddle staple mode, a jam may occur (FPPD3_N)
3. Cause
Due to the distortion of SD guide (PG19-6 OCW4158K205//) it juts over the paper
conveyance path, and may cause a jam because the leading edge of the paper is caught
on the mylar affixed to the SD guide

Explanation of jam
As seen in the diagram below compared to the OK SD guide, the centre of the NG SD guide juts over the PG side
of  the opposite side, which makes the paper conveyance path narrow.

Field Action
Removing the inner cover and opening the SD jam open guide, you can see the SD guide.
Reach through the gap and push the SD guide by hand
Caution
Do NOT push with hard tipped tool. PG will become distorted.
Take care not to cut your hands on sharp edges within finisher.
