This may be due to the Paddle Drive Clutch not
reversing to allow the paddles to return to
their home position. Replace the following
parts (MXFN27N PG Section 3):-
0CWFE360460// (Item 7 - Clutch) x 2.
0CWFU207660// (Item 13 - Gear) x 2.
0CWFU207670// (Item 14 - Pulley) x 1.
Note: There are two clutches that need to be
replaced (Item 7 & 13), but only 1 Pulley is
required (Item 14).

Check and make sure a loop connector is
plugged into CN43 correctly on the SCN-MFP
PWB. When replacing SCN-MFP PWB in the
field, the loop connector mentioned above
must be transfer onto the new board
otherwise, the error message will appear on
the display. Machine cannot be used until this
message is cleared.
