PAGEIMAGEINFO: Created Image Information
To tell the image information created by a driver to the controller,
“PAGEIMAGEINFO” is defined.
This command is saved as an image. When user reuses the image, it is
used as the information to identify what document image it is or by what
style the controller permits the re-use.

When this information doesn’t exist, the page information is treated as
1-up.

PAPERTYPE: Paper Type Setting
To tell what type of paper a print job is printed on, “PAPERTYPE” is
defined.
