supports TCP/IP protocol.
3. Check from the web page that the 
address of the FTP server or the 
desktop PC is properly set as the 
primary/secondary e-mail server 
address.
4. When the above address is 
described with the Hostname, 
check that the DNS server is 
properly set or not.
5. Check the SMTP server/ FTP 
server/ NTS for any trouble.
