The set range is 2400bps - 33600bps in the increment of
2400bps by binary input of N into "2400(bps) x N."
When N is set to 0000, it is set to 2400bps. When set to
1111, it is set to 33600bps.When, however, set to
2400bps, SW45-1~6 must be disabled. When set to
33600bps, SW45-7 must be enabled "1".
