80K PM CHECKLIST   
 
In addition to the 40K PM procedure, perform the following:- 

Process Unit 
 

     For ARC160, Replace the Black Drum (AR-C16DR).  
     For ARC160, Remove and replace Black Developer (AR-C16LD1). 
     Replace DV unit seals (AR-C15DS). 

 

     Remove and replace all Ozone and toner filters (AR-C15FL).  

 
Transport Unit 
 

     Remove and clean all transfer unit holders.  
     For ARC150/250, Replace all transfer rollers (AR-C15TX).  
     Replace transfer belt cleaning blade. (AR-C15TX for ARC150/250).

160K PM CHECKLIST   
 
In addition to the 40K PM & 80K PM procedures, perform the following:- 

     For ARC150/250 Replace the transfer belt and belt separation pawls (AR-C15TT). 
     For ARC160 Replace the transfer belt and Transfer Rollers (AR-C16TT).
