Select the FTP Administration link, and then click the Directories tab.

If you want to use the Home (Root) directory, click Edit in the Action… column for this directory
and select Write access. Read access is selected by default.

If you want to use another directory then click Add in the Action… column and browse to the
directory you intend to use. Click OK (you can choose a Virtual Directory name or Alias

Click OK to return to the PWS Administration page.
