FIRMWARE UPGRADES

Model
Fault
Advice
All
Dead machine following firmware
upgrade.
There are now new “Special” OPE
firmware cards for Cougar 2k models.
If this card  is written with ICU
firmware, the card will not work
correctly and there is a risk of
damaging the card. It may be
recoverable by downloading the
correct firmware at least 3 times.

Only update ICU cards with ICU
firmware, and OPE cards with OPE
firmware etc.
