INSTANT COOK CHART
MIXED GRILL
1-2 servings
• Grease the turntable with 5-10ml of oil.
• Place chops and pierced sausages, gammon steak on the turntable 
and cook.
• When the audible signal sounds turn over the food, add the 
mushrooms and tomatoes. Close the door and continue to cook.
• After cooking, cover with foil and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. 
OVEN CHIPS
100 g, 200 g  • Spread the frozen chips evenly on the turntable.
300 g, 400 g • After cooking, remove from the turntable.
NOTE:  Use the LESS (
) key for French fries/very thinly cut chips.
Use the MORE (
) key for thick type.
BAKED
1 - 4 pieces
• Pierce each potato in several places, place towards the edge of

• Add 300 ml (1/2 pint) boiling water per 100 g (4 oz) rice.  Do not
