SYMPTOM No sound on initial playback when using "Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the
Opera (2004)" disc.
CAUSE
The disc defaults to DTS sound, but DVD player may not be able to decode this and
needs to be switched into the normal sound mode mode.
ACTION
Enter the DVD player menu and select the correct sound output.
