Q. Can I delete the name and address list that I have used to print name and

A. Yes.  The only way to do this is to go into service - setting - file then delete 
the Address book file and recreate it. (This does not affect the name and 

addresses used for customer accounts), 
 

Q. Is it possible to show the room item details to be total only on the room bill.
