A. 255

Q. When I sell a Steak and then choose a condiment How Cooked both items 
print in the kitchen If I sell the steak and then select cancel before selecting the 
cooking instruction nothing prints on the KP  

A. Set 981-B=4 

Q. If I void an item with a condiment assigned to it i.e. Steak and Well done only 
the Well done void prints on the KP

Q. Can I stop GT2 and GT3 printing on the Z report 

A. Yes Set 908-A=3 

 
 
90. Customer Account refunds 

Q. How do I perform a refund on a customer account. When I select refund and 
then select the item I get the message 'entry inhibit SBTL is zero or minus' when 
I try and charge to room 

A. Set 916 B=4

 

 
 
91. Guest Print on Transaction report 

Q. On my UP-3500 the Guest line is missing from the Transaction report. I have 
ensured that the Guest is set to not skip within PGM2 - Setting - Report - 
Transaction report - Page 5, but it still does not show the Guest. 
 

A. This was due to an incorrect setting of 919B=7 this has changed in the V2 
manual for V1.10 and above, the setting was changed to 4100 and this resolved 
the problem 

 
92. Removal of Discount line from a transaction after NBal or Final. 
(Void a discount after Table Away) 
Q. Is it possible to remove the discount line alone from a transaction after the 

table has been recalled from a NBal or Final status. 

A. Yes it is possible to void the discount line once the table has been stored 
away. (This only applies to ROM Version 1.10 and above).
