Q. Is it possible to split some items from an existing Table and then transfer 
these to another table so we can continue to serve this new table.? 

A. Yes, just follow the procedure 1. Open Table, 2. BS Item, 3. Select Table to 

be transferred to, 4, Touch Items for splitting, 5. Select NBal or Finalise. 

Q. I have set up all the correct files but the Price Shift is not changing for the 
programmed Happy Hour. 

A. There is a setting in PGM2/Setting/Personnel/Clerk/Page2 Happy Hour = 

YES/NO. 

Q. My system is set up for compulsory Time in for employee’s however I also 
need to perform an Employee Z2 Reset report but it is not possible to take this 
report if the Employee is Timed In. Also if the employee is timed out it is not 
possible to enter the X2/Z2 mode, what is the way around this? 

A. Please follow the procedure below: 

1.  Create a new Employee 9999 (This will be the person who tales X2/Z2 

Employee reset report) 

2.  Time in with this Employee and select a Clerk who can perform X2/Z2 

reporting. 

3.  Employee 9999 linked to Clerk is now signed on 

4.  Take the X2/Z2   Employee reset report  but do not include employee 

9999 (i.e range 1 to 999) 

5.  If you do need to reset the employee 9999 take the report again but 

“Time in” as another employee/Clerk and select only to reset 9999. 

Q. Is it possible to void the whole of the Table after it has been recalled, when I 
select Void ST Void only 0.00 is voided. 

A. It is not possible to use Void ST Void after recalling a Table as you will only be 

voiding the ST for the new entry since last NBal (0.00). 
However it is very straight forward to select each individual line in the receipt 
widow and select void.
