The only real difference between these EPoS models is with respect to
the keyboards, or screens as they are referred to on the UP5700.
First we will discuss the 850 and the 880 keyboards, then we shall look
at the UP5700 which is more powerful and flexible.
The 850 and the 880 can have Up to 9 keyboards.
Each keyboard has 2 levels.
You would select the keyboard number you want to program, followed
by the keyboard type, whether it is for the 850 or  the 880, then you will
select lower or upper level for each keyboard.
A keyboard shift button can then be allocated for use by the Server to
get quick access to the second level.

The ERA850 has 156 key positions.
