9. Backup & Restore
9.1 SD Card
Q. When Loading or Saving using “SD CARD MODE” the message “NO CARD”
appears.
A. Check that the SD card is present and is inserted correctly.
9.2 SD Card
Q. When Loading or Saving using “SD CARD MODE” the message “FILE FAILED”
appears.
A. SD cards have a little switch locking mechanism on the side, Check that the lock
is not enabled.
9.3 SD Card
Q. When Loading or Saving using “SD CARD MODE” the message “FILE FAILED”
appears.
A. The SD card may be incompatible or Faulty, Try formatting the SD card and
trying again.
9.4 SD Card
Q. What is the SD – SAVE & CLEAR used for
A. EJ and Tlog – Save and clear will clear ECR memory and write data to SD card this
can be read and cleared via Online using back office software.
This feature can be used as part of an Auto key when taking Z reports so that
the EJ or Tlog data in the ECR is moved to the SD card every day. If there is
EJ and Tlog data already on the SD card then this will be appended to not
overwritten.
9.5 All Ram Backup
Q. Can I use an auto key to perform an ALL RAM BACKUP
A. Create the folder name and then create the folder on the SD
