Employee sign on.

Now it is also possible to sign on an Employee by entering the employee number followed by pressing the
[Employee#] key. The previous sign on entry sequence is also still possible.

Employee Transaction File.

In order to get detailed turnover information for each employee a new file has been introduced.
In filing the new file #176 (EMPLOYEE TRANS.) can be set. If this file exist, the turnover of the Employees will be
stored into this file by executing All or Individual Clerk Z report. The content of this file can be acessed by a
Backoffice application.
The file can be fetched by command Job#5801 and be erased with Job#5997.

12.

VIP Sales function.

In order to record in more detail "Own consumption / Invitation / Personal consumption”
additional totalizers (Taxable amount for each Tax) are introduced for each VIP1-3
totalizers.

- Total amount (as current)
- Taxable amount for each Tax

This is valid for VAT1 to 6 depending on VAT assignment and VAT Shift.
On the right side is a print sample for a registration of:
Two items, one assigned for VAT1 and one for VAT2 for VIP1 sales.
Two items, one assigned for VAT3 and one for VAT4 for VIP2 sales.
Two items, one assigned for VAT5 and one for VAT6 for VIP3 sales.
