ACTION 
If this problem happens randomly or permanently, check the main PWB on the 
following locations to determine if there is a short. If a short is visible, remove the 
shorting point. 
 
a. RA5 and RA6 solder short (refer to photo A ) 
b. Ground wire and C636 solder short (refer to photo B )
