Reset Circuit
The 5V power for the indoor control circuit is generated when the indoor power socket is plugged in. At the same instant
as the 5V power is generated, C13 becomes conductive, the base of transistor Q3 goes HIGH (5V), and Q3 goes ON.
When Q3 goes ON, CPU IC1 pin 12 goes LOW resetting the CPU. Afterwards, C13 becomes charged and non-
conductive, Q3 goes OFF, and CPU IC1 pin 12 becomes HIGH input. When this happens, the CPU operation starts and
control is performed.
