Ballast input voltage ballast check
Lighting mode:CN1(Ballast 1) 1pin DC380V
PC1 Replace the PC1-P.C.Board.
B Ballast input voltage ballast check
Lighting mode:CN1(Ballast 3) 1pin DC380V
PC2 Replace the PC2-P.C.Board.
■ Lamp does not turn ON. (Self-diagnosis display: U51/U52/U53/U54)

B Please confirm that connection is enough.
B
Check each connector.
CN1(Ballast １,2)－Relay connector－P11(P1)、
CN1(Ballast 3,4)－Relay connector－P11(P2)、
CN2(Ballast １,2)－G22、
CN2(Ballast 3,4)－G16、
CN3(Ballast 1,2,3,4)－Each lamp unit
*The decline of AC voltage or instant blackout makes the lamp turned off. Confirm the situation of power supply.
* After turning off the lamp, the temperature of the lamp is high. Turn the power supply on when the temperature of the lamp is low.
B Replace each B-P.C.Board.
G
Check the following parts of around G-P.C.Board.
U51：IC6528, U52：IC6534
Replace the lamp.
Check the status of each lamp.

Check mounting of each lamp and lamp case.

Install the lamp and lamp case properly.
