Calibration data for several RFs are stored in Flash ROM for BBIC, and IP related data are stored in Flash ROM for CPU.
4.2.6.
Serial Interface
CN501 is the communication port for service. CN501 is connected to the serial port of CPU, but as there are 2 CPUs mounted
on this CS, switching connection of serial communication is done using IC500 (FPGA).
4.2.7.
DIP Switch
SW100 is 8bit DIP switch to set the operating modes of CS.
4.2.8.
Line Interface
Communication between CS and PBX is established using TCP/IP protocol, for which LAN connector (RJ45/CN400), Internet
PHY(IC400), DSP (IC300) for VoIP processing is used.
Control data and voice data are separated using IC300, where control data flows into IC100 (CPU), and voice PCM data into
IC500 (FPGA).
4.2.9.
FPGA
IC500 (FPGA) has the following functions.
PCM data conversion
Serial i/f switching
LED driver
DPRAM
Host i/f of Main CPU and Host i/f of Sub CPU
PCM data conversion features PCM i/f functionality in IC300 (DSP), IC600 (BBIC) and IC502 (ADPCM Transcoder), and PCM
serial data transfer is carried out in conformance with PCM format of the respective devices.
