1. Remove upper body as explained previously in paragraph
3.1 Motor, points 1-3.
2. Take out cord reel ass´y and remove connections from the
contact spring tabs.
3. Press the brake lever pedal and unwind the power supply
cord to release the cord reel spring efficiency. (Fig. 14)

4. Turn the cord reel shaft in the arrow direction and detach
cord reel unit from cord reel support. (Fig. 15)
5. Replace the cord reel unit with a new one.

6. Press the brake lever pedal to reassemble cord reel unit
and cord reel support, then turn the cord reel shaft in the
arrow direction to join both parts. (Fig. 16)

Note
Wind up the power supply cord the extra times indicated
on the cord reel body to maintain the spring efficiency.

7. Connect the lead wires according to the schematic diagram
and place the cord reel ass´y into the lower body. Then
reassemble the remaining parts in the reverse order.
