1. Remove the base plate (floor nozzle lower unit).
2. Remove the beater bar unit from the floor nozzle upper unit.
(Fig. 4)
3. Replace the ber unit with a new and place the belt around
the beater bar unit. (fig. 5)
4. Insert the beater bar unit in the groove of the floor nozzle
upper unit. Rotate the beater bar unit by hand and check
that it is fitted properly.

5. Replace the base plate (Floor nozzle lower unit) and
refasten screw.
1. Remove the base plate. (Floor nozzle lower unit)
2. Remove 1 screw from the pedal and take it out. (Fig. 5).
3. Release the two belts from the Idler pulley.
4. Remove 2 screws from the Idler pulley unit and take it out.
(Fig. 6)
5. Replace the Idler pulley unit with a new one and re-install it.
6. Re-assemble the pedal, belts and remaining parts in the
reverse order.
