IC202 is a Day/night filter switching IC.    The filter switching signal (BW1,BW2)
is supplied from IC1 (CPU), pin22,pin24 to IC202, pin6,pin9..
IC200 is a Temperature Detector IC.    When the temperature rises to 25 deg. C,
the fan starts to operate.    When the temperature downs to 10 deg. C, the fan
stops operation.    [The detected signal from IC200 is supplied to IC1, pin91.]
The tilt Hall IC (VS901) is located on the Tilt Hall IC Board which is connected
with the Auto Focus Board.
When the power of the WV-CS950 is turned on, the Hall IC scans on the magnet
which is located on the chassis.  There are two magnets. Then the Hall IC
generates two pulses – the one end and the other end.
These pulses are buffered by IC112 which is located on the Auto Focus Board.
These pulses are supplied to pin54, pin55 of IC6 (CPU) on the Servo Board via
CN4, pin22,pin23 (Digital Board)
ÆCN1, pin2,pin3 (Servo Board).
Consequently, the CPU memorizes the reference position of the tilt motor.
Digital Board:
The Process/Encoder IC (IC2) receives a 12 bits digital video signal from IC1501.
Then IC2 produces the Y-signal, C-signal, Sync-signal and Data 1.
The IC1 (CPU) sends out the control signals to IC2 to produce these signals.
The IC8 (Flash ROM) is connected to IC1 (CPU). The firmware is stored in this
flash ROM.
IC5 is a EEPROM for IC1 and stores the setup menu data..
Servo Board:
The Servo Board is composed of the Pan/Tilt Motor Control circuit, the Data
Multiplex/DeMultiplex circuit and Power Regulator circuit.
1. Pan/Tilt Motor Control circuit:
The Pan Motor Control circuit and the Tilt Motor Control circuit are identical.
The Pan Motor Control circuit is described as an example.
