Lead Assy, G2 & 200V wire on C Board

CAUTION:
Dress & control mounted wires (Lead Assy, G2 & 200V wire) on C board if
necessary :
--> ensure wires do not get trapped during solder dip process
--> ensure wires do not get punched by ICT jig (modify ICT jig if applicable)

CN703:
Ensure Pin 1 is
connected to
orange wire (200V)

Keep Lead Assy, G2 away
from leg of conductive parts.

CAUTION:
Ensure Lead Assy, G2 is kept away from leg of nearby conductive
parts during solder DIP process
--> to ensure insulation of wire does not get melted when touching
leg of part due to heat conduction from solder bath.

CAUTION:
Make sure wires are kept away from sharp edges,
heatsinks & other high-temperature parts

Make sure rubber cap is 

pushed down to make sure

it covers the FBT flange 

completely

1.  Do not overpull the wires during dressing
     --> avoid disconnection of wires.
2.  Make sure wires are keep away from
     sharp edges, heat sinks & other
     hight-temperature part.
