i) Dress Conn Assy, 6P and Conn Assy, 4P VM using tie, cable at 
alignment hole 'B' on CV board as shown.
ii) Dress Conn Assy, 4P 200V; Conn Assy, 6P; Conn Assy, 4P VM; Lead 
Assy, G2  and Lead Assy, Focus with purse lock Ø 5

Make a 'S' shaped loop on Conn Assy, 5P Video2 as shown. 
Keep wires away from heatsink A010.

1) Once chassis has been docked into bottom cover, proceed
to install P board into bottom cover. 

2) Insert P-P cable into tuner.

3) Insert Conn Assy, 6P Karaoke (White) from A board to CN1402 on P board.
4) Insert Conn Assy, 5P YUV from CN1404 on P board to to CN905 on A board.
Dress Conn Assy, 6P Karaoke (White) and Conn Assy, 5P YUV behind P-P cable.
5) Insert Conn Assy, 3P SCL (White) from A board to CN1409 on P board.

Note: Dress wires while chassis is halfway docked into beznet.
 

*Only HG29 PiP models use Conn Assy, 6P Karaoke (Red) 

 

and Conn Assy, 6P AFT.

Keep Lead Assy, Speaker away from heatsink A010 by 
dressing it close to the CRT.
