This table provides a brief overview of the
ratings systems available for the PARENTAL
CONTROL feature.
For detailed information on how to change
your TV rating, see pages 27-28.
Notes
• The content ratings will increase
depending on the level of the age-based
rating. For example, a program with a TV-
PG V (Violence) rating may contain
moderate violence, while a TV-14 V
(Violence) rating may contain more
intense violence.
• If you choose to block unrated TV
programs, please be aware that the
following programs may be blocked:
emergency broadcasts, political programs,
sports, news, public service
announcements, religious programs and
weather.

follow the example below, the next section
shows you how to adjust your TV’s rating.
