Unzip ALL_SW_TVMPKG0553_AEP_PP.zip into your local drive.
You will find several kinds of *c.08 files as follows.
TM1252E_TD1046_PFxx_VC.C08 (applicable for EX1-Parsley)
TM1252E_TD1046_SPRT40_VC.C08 (applicable for 40ZX1)
TM1252E_TD1046_SPRT40_VC.C08 (applicable for 40ZX1)
1. Prepare an USB flash memory.
(It has to be formatted by either FAT12 or FAT16.
(FAT32, VFAT are not supported)
Supported Memory Sticks USM512H, USM512E, USM1GJ-B
(Flash bigger than 1GB may not be
supported)
2. Pick an appropriate “c08” file and copy it to root of USB memory.
3. Turn off the monitor.
4. Insert USB memory and turn on the monitor.
5. Monitor starts updating. (force overwrite regardless of current version)
6. LED is flashing while update mode.
7. When update is completed, all LED lights.
8. Turn off the monitor.
9. Remove USB memory and turn on monitor.
