Set the destination setting referring to the shipment setting pro-
cedure (next section).

Turn on the power supply again after completing the setting,
and confirm whether the setting is correctly done.

When the MAIN MOUNT ASSY is exchanged, it is necessary to
copy the destination type file, and to do the shipment setting.
Download the shipment setting file from the ESI homepage.
It divides into four types by the destination.

Make the "MISC" folder for the most significant

hierarchy of the USB memory, and copy only one
corresponding file from the file according to the
following type there.

Destination type A (CH, HK, KR):

SONYSETA.MRK

Destination type B (US):

SONYSETB.MRK

Destination type C (CND):

SONYSETC.MRK

Destination type D (AEP, UK, EE, RUS, E, AUS):

SONYSETD.MRK

Connect the AC adaptor with the printer and push the power
button.
An initial screen is displayed in LCD of the printer.

Please do not insert Memory card in the card slot of the print-
er. Moreover, please do not insert it in any terminal USB.

Insert the USB memory that the destination type file enters in
the "PictBridge/EXT INTERFACE" terminal of the printer.
When the destination setting is correctly set, "OK" and "Type"
are displayed in LCD of the printer.
(The following : for type A.)

Pull out the USB memory if it is correctly set.
Push the "MENU" button because LCD becomes an initial
screen. Confirm a set icon has been selected with the orange
frame if the MENU screen is displayed and push the ENTER
button.

Select the icon of the main body of the printer display with a
right and left, upper and lower button and push the ENTER
button if the set menu screen is displayed in LCD.

5.

Push "Red eye correction" button because "Version number of
the firmware" is displayed in LCD of the printer.
When "Red eye correction" button is pushed, the destination
type set at the right of the firmware version is displayed. (Please
disregard the figure after the destination type).
