2-1. Replacing the Board
2-1-1. MC-46 Board
1.
Remove the front door assembly. (Refer to Section 1-2-1.)
2.
Remove the ribbon door. (Refer to Section 1-2-2.)
3.
Remove the cabinet (L) assembly. (Refer to Section 1-2-3.)
4.
Remove the FT panel assembly. (Refer to Section 1-2-4.)
5.
Remove the two screws (PTP2
x 5) and two hooks [A],
then remove the MC-46 board.
6.
Disconnect the harness and flexible flat cable from the
connectors (CN453 and CN454) on the MC-46 board.

7.
Remove the precision screw (P2
x 3), then remove the
MC earth plate.
8.
Remove the two hooks [B] from the holes of the MC-
46 board, then remove the MS guide.

Remove the four precision screws (P2
x 3).
10. Remove the two hooks [C], then remove the CF
ejector in the direction of the arrow.
