Check the output of each power supply.

When Q026 (Emitter) is defective, check the
voltage of L101 both ends.
If faulty, replace L101.

Are control signals input to IC002, IC003?
No
IC002 pin 6: CSN
IC002 pin 7: CCLK

CN002 pin 9: Reset

Is a signal output from each of the Audio
output connectors?

Replace the AV board.
Q026 (Emitter): +5V
Q001 (Collector): -8V
Q002 (Collector): +12V
IC001 pin 4: +5V
When IC001 pin 4 is defective: Replace
IC001
Replace the FFC between CN002 of the AV
board and the MB board.
If faulty, replace the MB board.
