NOTE  FOR  REPLACEMENT  OF  THE  USB  CONNEC-
TOR (CN902)  AND  THE  AUX  JACK (J901)
To replace the USB connector and the AUX jack requires align-
ment.
1.  Insert the USB connector and the AUX jack into the front pan-
el.
2.  Place the KEY board on the front panel and align the terminals 
of the USB connector and the AUX jack with the holes in the 
KEY board.
3.  Solder four terminals of the connector and three terminals of 
the jack.

When connecting or disconnecting the fl exible board of the opti-
cal pick-up to or from the CN2 of the SERVO board, follow the 
procedure given below.
Note: When soldering the short lands, solder within 5 seconds at the tem-
perature of soldering iron below 300°C.
Disconnection:
1.  Solder two shortland.
2. Disconnect the fl exible board from the CN2 of the SERVO 
board.
Connection:
1. Connect 
the 
fl exible board to the CN2 of the SERVO board.
2.  Unsolder two shortland.
REPLACING  THE  LITHIUM  BATTERY  OF
THE  CARD  REMOTE  COMMANDER
When the battery becomes weak, the range of 
the card remote commander becomes shorter. 
Replace the battery with a new CR2025 
lithium battery. Use of any other battery may 
present a risk of fire or explosion.
Notes on the lithium battery
t ,eep the lithium battery out of the reach of 
children. Should the battery be swallowed, 
immediately consult a doctor.
t 8ipe the battery with a dry cloth to assure a 
good contact.
t #e sure to observe the correct polarity when 
installing the battery.
t %o not hold the battery with metallic tweezers, 
otherwise a short-circuit may occur.
