DUCOM_RST signal is input as a reset signal from SYSTEM 
CONTROLLER (IC2513 48pin) to DSP CONTROLLER (IC5208 55pin). 
Then, DSP CONTROLLER (IC5208) starts to read the operation 
firmware which is stored in itself.
