This manual explains circuit operation of STR-DA6400ES

When AC cord is connected to outlet and POWER switch SW1) is 
pushed, AC voltage input to SUB POWER TRANSMITTER (T002) 
through Jack (J01). Then, STB +5V and STB +3.3V are supplied for the 
operation of SYSTEM CONTROLLER (IC2513).

When STB +3V is input to RESET SIGNAL GENERATOR (IC2510), 
reset signal is generated and input to SYSTEM CONTROLLER (IC2513 
131pin) through RESET SWITCH (IC2512).
SYSTEM CONTROLLER boots up by reset signal and start to read the 
operation firmware in SYSTEM CONTROLLER itself.
