ABOUT  REUSE  OF  LITHIUM  ION  STORAGE  BATTERY  
PACK
It cannot reuse, when the lithium ion storage battery pack is re-
moved from adhesive sheet (in the PANEL (REAR TOP) assy). Be 
sure to replace the new parts.

BATTERY  PACK
When the lithium ion storage battery pack is removed from board, 
insulate the end of wire by a tape etc. to prevent short-circuited of 
the wire part of lithium ion storage battery pack.

ABOUT  THE  REPLACING  OF  THE  BATTERY  ASSY 
(BAT1)
When the BATTERY ASSY (BAT1) is replaced, refer to SERVICE 
MODE “4-3. BATTERY” on page 39.

NOTE  OF  DISPOSAL  OF  THE  LITHIUM  ION  STORAGE  
BATTERY  PACK
Please dispose of the lithium ion storage battery pack in the fol-
lowing procedure if you want to dispose of the lithium ion storage 
battery pack that is installed in the unit.

 The SPACER (BATT) has been changed in the midway of pro-

duction. There are two types of case if the battery recycle label 
has been affi xed to the SPACER (BATT), and affi xed directly to 
the lithium ion storage battery pack.

Procedure:
1. Confi rm the shape of the SPACER (BATT).
•  There is a battery recycle label, and there is no hole. (Fig. A) 

→ go to step 2

•  There is no battery recycle label, and there is a hole. (Fig. B) 

→ go to step 3

2.  Peeling off the battery recycle label from the SPACER (BATT).

 Do not use a battery recycle label that was peeled off.

3. Confi rm that the battery recycle label has been affi xed on the 

lithium ion storage battery pack.

•  Battery recycle label is not affi xed. (Fig. C) 

→ go to step 4

•  Battery recycle label is affi xed. (Fig. D) 

→ go to step 5

4. Affi x a new battery recycle label to the lithium ion storage bat-

tery pack (Fig. C).

BATTERY RECYCLE LABEL (L)

 Paste position of the label does not need to be strictly controlled. 

In reference to the fi gure below, please paste it into not out of the 
outer shape of the lithium ion storage battery pack.

5.  Dispose the lithium ion storage battery pack.

 The lithium ion storage battery pack for the repair has been af-

fi xed battery recycle label.

NOTE  OF  REPLACING  THE  MAIN  BOARD
When the MAIN board is replaced, you must perform the destina-
tion setting. Refer to “DESTINATION SETTING” on page 5, and 
perform the destination setting.
Moreover, when the MAIN board is replaced, the MAC address 
and DTCP-IP ID have been changed.
Print the page 13 and 15, and pass it to the customer with the re-
paired unit when you return the customer the repaired unit.
