Convert the hexadecimal display into binary display. If more than
two causes, they will be added.

Lower bit : 4 = 0100 n b2
In this case, as b2 and b7 are 1 and others are 0, it can be
determined that the retry cause is combined of “emphasis OFF”,
“monaural”, “original”, “copyright exists”, and “write allowed”.
Higher bit : 8 = 1000 n b7
Lower bit : 4 = 0100 n b2
In this case, as b2 and b7 are 1 and others are 0, it can be
determined that the retry cause is combined of “emphasis OFF”,
“monaural”, “original”, “copyright exists”, and “write allowed”.

When 07 is displayed:
Higher bit : 0 = 1000 n All 0
