SERVICING NOTES
UNLEADED SOLDER
Boards requiring use of unleaded solder are printed with the lead-
free mark (LF) indicating the solder contains no lead.
(Caution: Some printed circuit boards may not come printed with

Unleaded solder has the following characteristics.

NOTE OF REPLACING THE TUNER BOARD
When the TUNER board is defective, exchange the complete
mounted board.

ed board.

NOTE OF REPLACING THE IC105, IC302, IC604, IC803,
IC804 AND IC806 ON THE MAIN BOARD
IC105, IC302, IC604, IC803, IC804 and IC806 on the MAIN
board cannot exchange with single. When these parts are damaged,
exchange the complete mounted board.

NOTE OF OPERATION CHECK
It is possible to perform the operation check in the state that fan
motor (Ref. No. M1) is removed. But perform the operation check

forming the operation check at high volumes.

CHECKING THE OPERATION AFTER REPAIR
After repair completion, connect the “iPhone” etc. corresponding
to this unit, and check the operation of playback, charge, etc.

NOTE OF REPLACING THE IC606 ON THE MAIN BOARD
AND THE COMPLETE MAIN BOARD
When IC606 on the MAIN board or the complete MAIN board
are replaced, it is necessary to spread the compound between the
MAIN board and the heat sink.

CAPACITOR ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE PROCESSING
