Eight bosses of the grille frame assy are bonded with the solvent.
Take care not damage it when you remove the grille frame assy.

A [/1 (Speaker system power on/standby)

C Centre unit display (see below)

When adjusting the radio or the speaker 
system, point the remote at this sensor.

E FUNCTION button

Switches the subwoofer input: 
“DVD” t “FM” t “AM”

F VOLUME +/– buttons

Centre unit display
The centre unit display is for radio and speaker system adjustments. Check the following indicators as 
you make changes. For details, see “Checking the Status Information on the Centre Unit Display”, 
and the pages in parentheses.

A Current audio signal format

B Radio reception status (ST (stereo)/MONO 

(monaural)/TUNED (tuned)

C Current sound settings:

• A/V SYNC
• DCS
• DSGX 

D SLEEP indicator

E Displays the following:

• Radio station/frequency/kHz (for AM)/

MHz (for FM)

• Speaker settings (distance, level) 
• Sound field
• Function name

F Indicates the speaker you are adjusting 

(distance and level).
