Check the IC508 and their peripheral circuits.

Is CVBS signal sent to pin(AG29/SC1_CVBS/Y) of IC3302
 (Digital AV decode & Main CPU) from EXT1(SC503)? 
YES
Check the IC3302 and their peripheral circuits.
NO
Is CVBS signal sent to pin (20) of EXT1(SC503)? 
YES
Check the line between EXT1(SC503) and IC3302.
