Crash Log
When
TV crash and reboots by itself, it is possible to record a “crash log”.
This file could be analysed to get information of the crash cause.
How to:
1. After TV rebooting
2. Insert empty USB stick.
3. Enter in Service mode MENU,9,9,9,2,2,2,
4. Select Exception.
5. Write to USB.
6. Wait 2 minutes before removing the USB stick.
Note
– You can only log these errors after the TV keeps rebooting.
